Create Staff Library

• Function:

  face.create_library(group_name, group_id)
  

• Description: create a blank staff library

• Required parameter:

  • group_name: name of staff library, [1,60]characters. It can be modified but not repeatable
  • groupid: staff library ID, which is unmodifiable and unrepeatable. It supports English, numbers, -%@#&; length limit: 64B

• Return:
  • True: The command has been finished.
  • False: The command has not been finished.

  result = face.create_library(group_name=group_name, group_id=group_id)
